Throughout the program, the Pathfinder will assume responsibility for all operational aspects of the business, development of Team Members, sales growth, and guiding Support Directors in their various roles.

You will be intentionally developed and trained throughout the 2.5 year program directly by the owner / operator of CFA Kent Island, Chris David, as well as benefit from working alongside a diverse leadership team.
